1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident that Potentstream® will help you achieve your weight loss goals. However, we understand that every body is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may return your purchase within 60 days for a full refund.

- All Potentstream® product purchases
- Both used and unused bottles
- Empty bottles are acceptable
- Single and multi-bottle purchases

1.2 Money-Back Guarantee Terms
Our guarantee allows you to try Potentstream® risk-free. You have 60 full days from the date of purchase to evaluate the product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund - no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Return request must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date
- You must contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Products must be returned to the address provided by customer support
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning a product is simple. Follow these steps:

- Receive RMA Number
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
- Package Your Return
Place all bottles (used or unused) in a secure package. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return
Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your records.
- Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 48 hours.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product
- There was a manufacturing defect
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for return shipping costs upon verification of the issue.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full product purchase price
The following are NOT refundable:
- Original shipping and handling fees
- Return shipping costs (unless product was defective or incorrect)
5.2 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation within 24 hours
- Process your refund within 48 hours of confirmation
- Issue refund to your original payment method
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:
6.1 Reporting Damage
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Include your order number
6.2 Resolution Options
For damaged or defective products, we will offer:
- Free replacement shipment at no cost to you
- Full refund including original shipping costs

7. Wrong Product Shipped
If you receive the wrong product:

- We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no charge
- You may be asked to return the incorrect product using a prepaid label
- No refund deductions will be made for shipping
8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships:

- Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund
- No cancellation fees apply
8.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the product within 60 days under our money-back guarantee once you receive it.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites
- Products that show signs of tampering or damage not caused during shipping
- Returns initiated more than 60 days after purchase
10. International Returns
For international orders:
- The 60-day money-back guarantee still applies
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- International returns may take longer to process
- Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars; currency conversion rates at time of refund apply
11. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return your current order for a refund following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
12. Multiple or Bulk Orders
For customers who have purchased multiple bottles or bulk packages:
- All bottles within the 60-day period are eligible for return
- You do not need to return every bottle to receive a refund
- Refund will be calculated based on the total purchase price
13. Subscription Orders
Potentstream® does not operate on a subscription model. All purchases are one-time transactions. You will not be automatically charged for future shipments unless you place a new order.
14. Lost or Stolen Packages
14.1 Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
14.2 Resolution
We will work with you to:
- Investigate with the shipping carrier
- File a claim if necessary
- Send a replacement or issue a refund once the investigation is complete
15. Quality Concerns

- Provide photos if possible
- Include batch number from the bottle label

16. Refusing Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your order:
- The package will be returned to us
- You will receive a refund minus original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier may also be deducted
